8U–10U

Foundation Skills

Building the fundamentals. Ball handling, footwork, court vision, and love for the game — done right from the start.

11U–12U

Development Track

Expanding skill sets. Position training begins. Introduction to team concepts, offensive sets, and defensive systems.

13U–14U

Competitive Track

AAU competition begins. Film study, strength fundamentals, and exposure to college-prep level competition.

15U–17U

Elite Track

Full AAU schedule. Recruitment prep, highlight film, college coach exposure. The highest standard.

PARENT EXPECTATIONS

OEB requires active parental support. This means on-time pickup and drop-off, communicating absences in advance, supporting the coaching staff's decisions, and encouraging your athlete to embrace the process — even when it's hard.
